Interviewed Jan 2009 in Riverside, CA (took 3 weeks)
Recruiter set up interview process. First interview was a phone interview with the regional manager, then an in person with the regional manager once he fly in from out of state. 3rd interview was me flying to the company's headquarters in Tampa Fl and a face to face interview with the SVP, with an offer of employee on the spot, signed letter and started date negotiated for the next business day. Flew back to Tampa 2 weeks later for formal training and meetings that lasted aout a week.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Presentation, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
