Rather quick hiring process, HR manager called on a Sunday Night to check interest in the position and the Interview schedule was set within 2 days. The interview was with the HR manager and two line managers, questions centred mostly on what I did during internships.
A week later, received a request to complete the online assessments and received an offer another week later.

Interviewed Apr 2011 (took 2 days)
there are 2 rounds of interviews.
1 with the human resource who contact you for the interview, asking you briefly why you applied for the job and what skills you possessed that you think will be relevant to the job applied. then HR will tell you more on the job applied and more on general information like the department and location of the job.
1 with the department head &/or your direct reporting officer, asking you almost similar question to the HR to confirm and convince them that you're suitable for the job. they will then tell you more details on the job applied and what they expect of you.
in any case, should they ask you have any questions, please think about anything and everything you can think of to show them you are interested in the job.

Total will be a 3 rounds of interview. I had attended the first round of interview. The first round consists of a 1-1 interview to find out about your personality. The whole session lasted for about 30 minutes. General questions were asked. E.g. What is your strength, and what is your weakness.

Interviewed May 2010 in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) (took 3 weeks)
Pros:
Headhunter was familiar with the organisation
1st Interview with Hiring Manager & HR was casual and two-way focused conversation; both were positive and open to suggestions
Cons:
Recruitment process took awhile, even though I had informed the company and the headhunter that I had received competing offers
HR seemed too detailed with the background checks, when it was just the early stages of the interview.
2nd (and expected) interview came after 2 weeks of 1st interview with hiring manager
Too many product head roles was vacant and offered (a warning sign!): UT head, Banca Head, Structured Head, Deposits Head (the entire middle layer!)
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
Better (and speedier)offer from another organisation

The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Personality Test and a Background Check.
