    Met leadership the year before. Stayed in touch throughout the year. When current job became intolerable, contacted Occam and was granted a meeting. Had two phone conversations, then an in-person meeting with President and Director at a restaurant. Questions were direct, honest, and fair. They listened to my answers carefully, and reacted appropriately.
