Interview Details – First they have a grammar test which tests your basic knowledge of the English language,clearing this makes you proceed to the next round which is personal interview round.They judge your talking skills,accent and confidence.Then comes the Operations round in wich you are judged on similar parameters.
Interview Question – Name,interests,reason for joining this company etc. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – The salary is not negotiable especially if you are a new comer.
