I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Ocwen Financial in January 2009.

Interview Details – phone interview typical of screening process, in person interview brief and too many candidates for only a couple of HR recruiters to handle without (personal opinion) feeling compelled to focus on elimination above qualification; to their credit the recruiters were dynamic, energetic, and friendly...to my discredit, I gave them at least two reasons to eliminate me (including poorly prepared answers to tough questions).
