Very Easy Interview
I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Ocwen Financial in April 2011.
Interview Details – The initial contact was wonderful. Which was the human resource department. The security guard was nice as well. However the one conducting the interview was NOT a pleasure to interview with. First of all he was 10 minutes late to the interview, I guess they found him in the smoking area because he smelled as if he had just put the cig out right before walking intothe interview room. Never really made eye contact. Kept over talking me during the interview, and constanly rubbing the top of his head down the sides of his face as if he didnt want to be conducting an interview. He responses were very unprofessional. He responses were " A'ight, I got cha'" and " Oh yeah, i see, I see". Needless to say, I more less ended the interview. I didnt ask about the pay the hours or anything. I was NO LONGER interested in the position seeing as he would be the one I would report to. Not a very good rep for the company and certainly not the department.
I applied online and the process took 6 weeks - interviewed at Ocwen Financial in October 2008.
Interview Details – Process was started and stopped several times. Were eager to interview me; then long wait to schedule interview; scheduled interview; then long wait for next interview, etc. I had 2 telephone interviews and 2 face to face interviews. Be prepared to solve a puzzle. People were friendly, office pleasant, but not a lot of personal interaction.

I applied online and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Ocwen Financial in November 2011.
Interview Details – Phone screen by HR - asked questions about skill set, past experience, etc. This was followed by an invitation for onsite interview. There is a wonderlic test that checks for basic logic/analytical ability (IQ?). You get 15 minutes for 45 questions or so. It's a fairly simple test and I believe I got most if not all correct. A two person panel interview followed - basic HR questions and a puzzle or two
Interview Question – Nothing unusual Answer Question
I applied online and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Ocwen Financial in November 2013.
Interview Details – The interview process was quite simple as I was the only person interviewed on that day. I was asked to take an aptitude test which consists of 50 questions and should be completed in 15 minutes. It was a mixture of logical and grammar questions. After that PI test was given online. Then they asked me to come back next day.
Next day, assistant manager conducted the F2F interview in which he asked me to explain the details of my job role and some technical questions. Next technical round was conducted. This seems to be hard but once we get the logic, the questions will be easy to answer. After waiting for around 10 minutes, HR took me to senior manager who is mainly concerned about our logical ability and enquires what they can expect from us. This took 30 minutes and no technical questions will be asked. Then after waiting for another 15 minutes, HR came in to waiting room and informed that I was selected and asked to come the next day to discuss salary details and to hand over offer letter.
Interview Question – Aptitude test: Age questions, distance/time problems, picking odd one out, arithmetic progression, finding n-th value, grammar ect.
PI test: it is online, asks us to select some adjectives from a list and based on our selection our PI is measured (don’t know how it works)
F2F with assistant manager: asks about our previous job roles, achievements and explains their requirements. Based on this they will ask how we can contribute.
Technical Round: for me MS Excel and Access was asked. VBA will also be asked. Some questions are: functions and formulas in excel (VLOOKUP, AND, OR, ISERROR etc), different types of queries in SQL (SELECT, MODIFY, APPEND, DELETE etc), and simple VBA (printing numbers, if-else, case etc).
F2F with senior manager: asks about previous role and asks our goals in life, vision, problem solving abilities, etc. Answer Question

Very Easy Interview
I applied through other source and the process took a day - interviewed at Ocwen Financial in August 2013.
Interview Details – It was a walk-in interview at kormangla , Bangalore . I reached the premises at 10.30 ' there was a long que to get the temporary id,somehow got into the session and we were 30 in the room. We were given essay and only 6 of us were able to complete it. then came the apti round where along 6 of us some others also joined. we were given 12 minutes to complete 50 questions. I thought :o n so time started, it was easy so I jumped into the paper, after 5 mins of our starting another group of 7 candidates also entered n they were also asked to return the paper in 12 mins. my 12 mins were up , was able to complete a total of 28 questions.. shockingly even after 15 mins of me completing my 12 mins those 6 candidates who came later were still writing apti. Apti was easy, but needed time to complete! they got 25 mins where as I got 12 mins! what's more- apart from those 7, 4 walk-in candidates were selected and I was the only graduate to make it through apti in that round. Met a gal and started speaking about further process , she had reference and she was about to write apti THIRD time in few mins :o . I was called inside and interviewed by HR , he said ", I will certainly forward ur resume to senior manager , but you are 4 marks short in apti so if u get a call by 8, you are selected! I didn't get a call..
Moral of the story here, if u have good reference u are hired ! only those extremely brainy can make it through corrupt walk-in !
Interview Question – 12 mins 50 aptitude questions. If u have influence u get to write the same paper three times and 20 minute sessions!! Answer Question
