No Offer – Interviewed in Bangalore (India) Apr 2012 – Reviewed Apr 16, 2012
Interview Details – I was interviewed by Ocwen 6 weeks earlier over the telephone. The Consultant and Delhi passed over my resume to the co. in Bangalore and asked if i was interested. After interviewing telephonically, i received no response for 3 weeks. I had by then accepted / looked into other offers. They called and said i had cleared the rounds and that they were happy to offer me a job, and discussed remuneration. They hounded me because i wasn't able to give them a positive answer as i had said yes to another co. Being persistent about their offer, they asked me to reconsider and were apologetic for taking time to get back. I eventually being in a financial struggle asked the HR rep. whether it was a sure shot of getting hte job. I was informed that it was and only a company formality had to be completed where i had to head to b'lore for a teachback and an aptitude test, which in my opinion is crap and makes no sense at all. Eitehrway i boarded a bus sat 15hrs rejected the other offers i had sat through a nonsensical interview, with incompetent HR and trainers. After which i didn't even receive a feedback or a msg to say whether I was receiving the offer letter. They really upset me and have not had the decency to reimburse my travel and stay and neither have they had the decency to call and inform. I wouldn't recommend anyone to join their Indian operations (BPO)..they suck!....and if you have such incompetent people in HR and training, then i guess it speaks volumes of a company.
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Bangalore (India) Nov 2010 – Reviewed Oct 28, 2011
Interview Details – It was an easy interview. There was a written test with analytical questions and questions about grammar. Then there was an HR 1:1 round where the hr rep asked basic questions and the usual self introduction. Then there was a V & A round, it was telephonic. And then i spoke with the Hr one last time and i received my offer letter the same day.

No Offer – Interviewed in Jan 2009 – Reviewed May 5, 2010
Interview Details – phone interview typical of screening process, in person interview brief and too many candidates for only a couple of HR recruiters to handle without (personal opinion) feeling compelled to focus on elimination above qualification; to their credit the recruiters were dynamic, energetic, and friendly...to my discredit, I gave them at least two reasons to eliminate me (including poorly prepared answers to tough questions).
Interview Question – "Why do you want to work here?" Answer Question
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Bangalore (India) Aug 2007 – Reviewed Aug 7, 2009
Interview Details – I was attending the interview as a fresher for the profile of product support. But in the interview my posting got changed. First round was a written test. 50 questions in 12minutes of time. all questions were very easy. The next round was personality test where I got some puzzles. The the last round was technical (Basic technical questions from college life and few analytical questions. like drawn a circle, what whould be the radius of that by giving some conditions).
