I was asked to apply by the manager who was working when I went in with my sister for her to apply, They require a somewhat lengthy, slightly tricky personality test, presumably to weed out people with inconsistencies in their background I walked in, took the personality test, came back two days later and was hired after a 15 minute interview, given the information to fill out for background check and form for drug test.

I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Dallas, TX (took 2 days)

Initially I walked in and filled out a paper application. When I filled out the application, I was met by the manager who instructed me to take a 30 minute personality test.

After successful completion of those task, I was called back in to meet with the assistant manager.

Then I met with the Store Manager.

After a successful drug screening (Urine Test) I was put on the schedule for work.
