Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Pompano Beach, FL Aug 2012 – Reviewed Dec 26, 2012
Interview Details – After you finish the assessment you go through an interview process with one of the managers on duty. Its very short, maybe 5 minutes tops. Then you speak with the store manager if they like you and you seem like a good fit for their store. They like really friendly, bubbly, easy-going people. They ask you about your experience, and they want to see confidence in your answers. You most likely will be asked about a problem you had at a previous job and how you resolved it or what you would do in a specific scenario. Starting pay wasn't even mentioned because of the importance put on the drug test and Social Security card. Another deciding factor here is your schedule, they want open availability because the other associates and managers already have a set schedule for when they cannot work and you are basically filling in the holes.
Interview Question – Why did you leave your last job/position? Preparation is key. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Negotiate your starting pay because raises are rare.
Other Details - I applied online and the process took a day.
