Interviewed Sep 2011 in Boca Raton, FL (took 2 months)
I applied online and sent a resume to a friend who works for the company. About 2-3 weeks later, HR called me for a phone screen. We reviewed my work history and reasons for leaving each job. The HR Manager called me within a few days to schedule phone interview. I interviewed with the VP and was called about a week later by HR to tell me we would be scheduling a 1/2 day interview with 5 team members (2 HR and 3 marketing). The in-person interview was scheduled a few weeks out. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly by the HR person. She gave me a nice commentary on the common areas and building amenities. The office environment is top-notch. We went to a conference room where she offered me a bottle of water. It was nice to meet in one central location. I did not have to move from room to room for each interview. The first HR interview was typical. I don't recall any specific questions. The 2nd HR interview was tougher. It might have been the toughest one of the day. At one point, I was asked my definition of marketing. I met with the marketing team and the VP. All of these interviews went well. There seemed to be some confusion between the job posting and the team's understanding of the new role. I think this particular department is in transition and has a lot of added pressure currently.

Interviewed Apr 2008 in Delray Beach, FL (took 4+ weeks)
Started with a phone screen with an internal recruiter. Soon after a phone interview was scheduled with the hiring manager and department VP. Several weeks later was flown to Delray Beach, FL to interview at the corporate office. On site interviews consisted of 5 1:1 interviews, lunch with a peer, & finished the day with the HR rep. Long day of intervewing and the questions were a mix of standard and behavioral based. Was called several days later and informally told that an offer would be made and the formal offer was emailed a week or so later.
