    Initial communication via phone. Two rounds of interviews. First round: One interviewer, casual conversation, requested writing sample. Second round: Two interviewers, prepared questions. Somewhat slow response times. Extremely friendly people from secretary to interviewers. Strong attempts to reduce the stress faced by the interviewee. Conservative, high workload environment. Strong focus on individual work within a loose-knit team.
