Most of the process was done through a temp agency. However, any questions that I had about the hiring process and after the interview were relayed to the company and answered immediately. Outstanding communication with the people internally to their agencies.

Negotiation Details
I was able to negotiate hours and salary. If you have a situation that will require some flexibility, just be honest and up front. The worst thing you can do is accept the position and then come back and want something different.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Drug Test.
