I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 1+ week - interviewed at Ogilvy & Mather in March 2012.

Interview Details – Highly tedious process. Head-hunter asked if I'd be interested in heading the planning team of a leading national agency. Said yes on a lark. Had a teleconference with CEO and HR Head. Asked me to come over for a 1:1. Did so. They said they'd get back to me. Offer letter came a week later. Politely declined.
