Okay, how about this scenario. The store is really busy, it's father's day and there's a very long line at the deli section. A very irritated and frustrated women finally makes her way to the counter and asks for a sausage that unfortunately is not in stock. As a customer service champion, how would you react to this situation, (with regards to her irritated mood)
