Interviewed Jan 2009 (took 2+ weeks)
Interview process consisted of 4 phone interviews, followed by a 7 face to face interviews at corporate. Company paid for all travel expensis to fly me to their head quarters for the interview. The interview process had me interview with HR, Sales Managers, Sales VP, Marketing Directors, President and two product managers.

Negotiation Details
Was able to negotiate for a slightly higher salary. However, Oki seems to have very strict guidlines to the salaries. Does not matter if you have 2 year or 10 years experience, the base salary is the same.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
