The head of the company contacted me to set up a formal phone interview. Then I met with my new potential bosses who did a 2:1 interview to establish knowledge in the field and an understanding of the concept to which this company lead it's fundamentals based off. In the subsiquent following days I was offered a salary and after much discussion about expectations, benefits, and hours we decided together on a justified compensation.

To be perfectly honest, I didn't actually get interviewed. I met the managers and some of the employees that had already been hired knew me, so I was given the job without having to go through with a traditional interview. I will comment that the training process is fairly extensive.

It was a basic interview at a restaurant. You just need to be nice and communicate adequately and the job is yours.

Did online application. Had a first and second interview with a different manager. Once hired you go through an orientation process and then train for about a week to two weeks.
