I was contacted for a phone interview after submitting my application materials online. The person setting up the interview gave me a good range of available days and times, which I appreciated, as that is not always the case with phone interviews. The questions asked were very straightforward and based on the position advertisement. Each person on the panel (about 5) asked a question.

Interviewed May 2008 in Norfolk, VA (took a day)
Meeting room with about 6 people asking questions of my background. Asked questions about how comfortable I was with Illustrator, Flash, AJAX, etc. I was honest and I think they appreciated that. I think the room was full of everyone I'd be working with which I liked. It was a great diverse group of people.
