Interviewed Jan 2011 (took 3 days)
Interview was very much scripted and didn't go off at any tangents. Lots of behavioural type questions, and in duration the first interview lasted just under an hour. Was not very conversational, no emotions form the interviewer, Had a second interview with HR and Head of after a couple of days. This was less formal, definitely more conversational and put me more at ease.
