Interviewed Jun 2010 (took 2 days)
I came in early and was asked to walk around the store until the previous interview was done. In the interview she basically read off a sheet of company questions (I later found out she asked the same questions to all candidattes). There were a few situational questions but mostly questions about yourself. She asked did I have any experience and I said no. It was kinda informal but it was cool and she was nice.

Interviewed Oct 2008 (took 2 weeks)
I came in with a group of 8 and had us sit around this table with markers and magazine on the table. At first I thought there were going to be kids coming in but it was actually for us. We had to make a collage from the magazines and color it to our likings. Apparently it tells the hiring manager something about ourselves and our personality. After we presented the collage they tested us on how we would sell the Old Navy Credit Cards (ONC) and then told us we'd get a call if we fit the part. I got a call after a week or so, after they did a background check, and was offered a pay and date to start. Accepted it and received a schedule the following week.

Interviewed May 2009 in Monroe, LA (took 5 days)
I was initially called by a manager of Old Navy about a week after submitting an application. She was doing multiple interviews the next day, and offered me a time slot, which I accepted. I went in (i prefer to wear business casual for interviews, but its not necessary here) and asked the first available team member who i was to talk to. They left me outside for a few moments and asked me to stand in one of the middle aisles. This is a test to see if you steal anything. Don't. After a couple of minutes the manager came out and greeted me, and asked me to come into the office. She was really nice, about my age (early twenties), and dressed casually. The interview was short and simple, though she was called on a few times to handle some store issues. All I had to know was about my own background, hours and time period i wanted to work, and how to handle with customers. It took about 15 minutes, including interruptions. Afterwards she walked me to the door and checked my bag, which is standard practice at Old Navy- bags must be checked by a manager at the end of every shift. It was simple and very low key.

Interviewed Oct 2007 in Philadelphia, PA (took 2 days)
It was very easy. She asked basic questions. Very friendly. She made me feel like It would be fun to work there. The second interview was a little more intense because it was with the store manager but she ended up offering me the position. It was a good experience
