    I interviewed through other source. The process took 3 days - interviewed at Old Navy in March 2009.

    Interview Details

    Job applications generally begin online with a background screening process. From there if taking in multiple applications a group interview session will be conducted. If only a couple good canidates are available or after weeding out from the group interview 1:1 interviews are set up. Background checks follow.
