I applied online Monday, got a call back Tuesday, and went in for a 1 on 1 Wednesday. When I went into the store for the interview, the manager took me into his office for the questions. I thought it was very easy, and when we were through he told me I would either get a call back for a second interview, or be sent an email follow up. When I had first entered the store, there was a cashier dealing with a grouchy customer, and the cashier seemed really rude and did not handle the situation well. I have had experience working in a call center and have had to deal with many a dissatisfied customer. I was sure to inform the manager about how great I was working with unhappy customers when he asked me my strengths. I was sure I had it in the bag, and surprised when I revived an email the next day, informing me I had not gotten the job. I think it could have been because on the application I filled in that I was still employed with another company, which I thought would help my standings. Also, he mentioned interviewing many other applicants, so there must have just been a more qualified one.

Applied online and got a call within a few days. It was a training manger who asked a few question and asked me to come in for in interview the next day. It was a group interview with pretty standard interview and "get to know" questions. After the interview I got a call a couple days later with a job offer and we set up an orientation date. I think it help that I shopped in the store right before the interview lol

Well I completed the application online and within 2 days or so I got called in for an interview. Well I walked in and asked for the woman I was suppose to interview with. She finally came out the back and asked me to walk over to a corner in the store. She asked me what is good customer service? I answered and that was the end of the interview. She stated she will give me a call back for the second interview. I was VERY upset because the interview was a 9am and it was a 2 hour drive for me. When she called back about the second interview I told her I wasn't interested in wasting my time and gas for a 2 minute so called interview!!

It was a group interview. The managers posed about 3-5 questions and had the group answer them voluntarily. I think they looked for someone that is pretty upbeat and outgoing. After the group interview, everyone was called in one by one by a manager and the manager would lay out the hours and etc.

I first applied online to Old Navy and heard back a couple weeks later. I was asked to come in for an interview so I was expecting to have a one on one interview but that wasn't the case. I did a realistic walk-through where I was able to experience what it was like to work at Old Navy for the day. I was then sat down for an interview after the walk-through was over and asked basic questions about what I remembered from the associates telling me. I was asked to come back the next day to do a final interview and it was a quick 20 minute interview.

First a Phone Interview - easy, then a group interview one day later - prepare by googling questions online, then an orientation few days later - talked to customers in store, greeted customers, and looked up merchandise, then a group interview with another manager with USELESS, SENTIMENTAL questions...all that gas and time for a job at Old Navy and don't think I'll be getting it. Good Luck
