I applied online and the process took 5 weeks - interviewed at Olinger.

Interview Details – It is a very long process! They first make you do online testing. The testing isn't too bad, it has like personality type testing and then intelligence, ability to do math problems, etc. Next you have a phone interview. If you do well enough on the phone interview, you have to come for an in person interview. There is at least one in person interview and then a homework assignment to make sure you actually have the skills. The interviewing questions were hard and definitely unlike other ones I had before. They want to see how you react to hard questions, and definitely brush up on your statistics knowledge!

Interview Question – How many basketballs would fit in this room?   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – Did not need to negotiate.
