Interviewed Oct 2011 in Paris (France) (took a day)
Oliver Wyman contacted some students of my class, inviting them to come to Paris for an interview after a dinner including a company presenation and networking with consultants (including alumnis from my school).
The interview was scheduled 3 week later.
It began with an intelligence test which requires you to be VERY fast (30 questions, 20 minutes). It also has negative points so it is better to skip a question if you do not see how to get to the answer within 30 seconds.
Followed 2 1-hour interviews, each of them including personality/CV review, market sizing and case study.
Consultants were OK, helping you out if you lag to develop your answer and I did not feel any "roleplay" in order to destabilze you or any trick of this kind.
Advice: be prepared, do your homework, read a lot of case and have the typical case resolution framework in mind

I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Background Check.
