Interviewed Mar 2010 in Syracuse, NY (took 3 weeks)

I saw an ad posted to craigslist for a book department supervisor. Applied in person and was told to fill out forms. Was called back for a 2nd, more formal interview which went great. I asked the manager how I was doing, and he said very well and it was looking good at this point. Was told to expect a call later that week, which never came. I called and was told to come in for a 3rd interview with the ast. mng. and it went just al well as the previous. I was told I would definitely have a position, and they would be in contact shortly. never called back. Did not want to work for a company that didn't have their things together.
