Interview Details – Did a class project for Target and they approached me saying they wanted to recruit me. I had no interest but figured I might as well show up to the interview just for some interview experience. They asked a lot of behavioral questions to see how you would respond to certain situations like "name a failure you've experienced, how you dealt with it, and what did you learn from it?"
Interview Question – What are your strengths? Answer Question
Other Details - I applied through campus recruiting and the process took a day.
