I applied online and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at On Your Mark in December 2012.

Interview Details – There was only one interview with typical questions, such as strengths and reasons for being interested in the company. After sending my resume, it took them a while to get back to me (almost a month, from what I remember). After the interview, they have you come in to fill out a massive application. You also need to be finger printed and have a background check and everything as you will be working with at risk individuals.

Interview Question – Describe your energy level.   View Answer
