There were two written tests back to back of one hour each which was followed by an interview on the following day.Interview questions were general IQ based questions which continued for over 2 and half hours.Some questions posed were from the written test and the process to solve the problem had to be stated

Interviewed Jan 2012 (took a day)
Consisted of written aptitude test with 7questions to complete in 1hour . Different marks for each question and different negative marks for every wrong answer.
Two interview
1.After clearing written test. Technical interview 1:1. Two puzzles printed on sheet of paper was given and sufficient time was given. once done programming language questions were asked. Followed by question from CV , project , internship etc.
2.HR round.

Salary is predefined. Onmobile follows good industry standard. But it sometimes may depend on previous employer's salary.

Puzzle rounds, puzzle rounds and more puzzle rounds. If you have solved good puzzle books, you'd be through. They dont check your logical ability, they check if you have solved them before and have been solving them for ages. Pretty absurd way to select employees.

There was a telephonic round initially with basic question, later after 5 days visited company and was interviewed by a panel. Same day one round of interview with senior manager and then a HR round. Questions were from java, c, database concepts. From fundamentals to indepth technical questions were discussed.
