Interviewed Apr 2010 in Greensburg, IN (took 2 days)
I applied online and about a week later got offered to have a one on one interview. Interview questions were pretty basic ("What was the hardest thing you've ever done and how'd you accomplish it" etc.). After the interview, they said they'd contact me after interviewing other applicants. About another week or two later, I got a call saying I'd have to come into the office in Greensburg for an in-office tour and interview. Upon arriving, they took me around introducing me to everyone and showing me the space. Then, I was taken into a separate room with the girl who previously interviewed me along with one of the owners. Regular questions were asked for about 15 minutes and then she said they'd email or call with details later on. A week after that, they offered me the position and said they wanted to do an orientation/ lunch with all interns the summer months before working in the fall. I accepted. After working there for a semester, they offered me a future job (I was only a junior) if i wanted to go back and continue working with them, all I'd have to do is contact them and probably do a short re-interview.
