Marketing Manager Interview

Marketing Manager
Dallas, TX

I applied through college or university and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at One Technologies in May 2012.

Interview Details – This company very clearly values its employees as its strongest asset. An elaborate and challenging interview process ensures that candidates match up with the company culture and vision moving forward. After passing a series of phone interviews, an invitation is extended to visit the office. The office visits consist of several interviews with senior members of the company and numerous tests are administered to assess both technical and logical skills. Expect to spend at least 4 hours in the office during the first round of face to face meetings. After this, it is a waiting game until interest is expressed and you're called in for final face to face meetings at the office.
