Customer Service Manager Interview
The process took 2 weeks – interviewed at One82 in February 2012.
In an initial email, I was given 20 questions to answer on a wide range of topics as related to the job. Following the email(s) excahnged, there were 2-3 phone interviews with the owner of the company. I was then asked to come in to their office for an in-person interview with a panel of three employees; this interview lasted about 2.5 hours and consisted of many technical and customer service questions including being asked to put together a project plan for an IT scenario.
