Interviewed Jul 2010 in Jacksonville, FL (took a day)
Just had phone interview after passing personality test. Applied directly to citi website. Interviewer asked many of the same questions posted on glassdoor, so if you read them you should be prepared. Be prepared to tell them you salary requirements within the first few seconds of the call. Then be prepared for them to low-ball you. They offred 25k-31k/yr, which is much less than others in the position are reporting. I have more education and experience than the job posting required, so go figure...

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Irving, TX (took 5 days)
I met with the HR manager first who who basically asked me questions about my history with the company. I was then introduced to the hiring manager who was very casual and easy going person. He started the interview by asking about my past jobs with the company and how I would fix a certain issue that his department was having at that time. There situation had to do with a previous job that I did for the company many years ago. I, unfortunately, was not prepared for the question aked and could clearly see that I was not going to get the job. I felt that I was prepared for the interview, but I was more prepared for behavioral type of questions. It had been awhile since I had been on an interview and I realize that I cannot just focus on one type of interview, I have to prepare for them all.

Interviewed Sep 2009 in Huntsville, AL (took 3+ weeks)
i am still in the process(trying to learn more about the job/company). to this point the interview process has consisted of a face to face with the branch manager and a second face to face with the district manager.
The interviews themselves have been pretty laid back and a good overall experience. They basically have a set of questions to choose from to ask you about different experiences in your work history. "how did you handle an angry customer, what do you like about sales, etc..."
