Interview Details – Got a call from HR, set up phone interview that involved basic personality/work style type questions. After completing phone interview was invited in for 1 on 1 interview with branch manager--this interview consisted of description of job-very informal-some basic questions about work style, etc. After this was invited back for 1 on 1 interview with district manager who just met with me and gave some company details and detailed info about position. Hr called later in the month to offer postion.
Interview Question – Describe a difficult situation in which you were not able to get the results you expected. What did you do? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I was able to negotiate salary with HR
