Interviewed Nov 2011 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took a day)
I applied through my school's co-op placement website. The interview process was straightforward; two software developers from OTPP came on campus and interviewed several candidates for the position. The questions were all behavioural and about my past experiences, which was quite unusual because my other programming job interviews also asked technical questions.

Interviewed Jan 2010 (took a day)
I was interviewed by 2 technical managers and was rather relaxed. They asked me about what I was learning at school as well as my exposure to certain technologies such as shell scripting. Apparently their company still uses Smalltalk in a small capacity because they were surprised I was still learning it in school.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took a day)
It was pretty fast and light-weight. As long as you have previous experience in programming, it won't be too hard to get the job. They generally asked a few questions about your personality and previous experiences, then moves on some technical questions that shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to solve
