Client Care Loan Analyst at Open Solutions

No Offer – Interviewed in Mar 2012 – Reviewed Oct 15, 2012

Interview Details – 3 phone contacts. A generic call from a recruiter looking to set up a more formal phone interview. Second was the interview with the hiring manager. Third call was scheduled conference call with another manager and an associate. Very simple and straightforward questions during the 2nd interview for which I received immediate positive feedback and even optimism for an offer. The 3rd call was designed to be very informal. However, one of the two interviewers never called in and the other seemed distracted and unprepared.

Interview Question – Very straight forward questions pertaining to general customer service and the technical aspects of the position as listed in the job posting.   Answer Question
