Interviewed Aug 2011 in Eden Prairie, MN (took 2 weeks)
Interviewed with a few employees in leadership positions across multiple departments. Overall, interviews were not too difficult and familiar questions such as "why are you looking for a new job?" and "where do you see yourself in a few years from now" were asked. Having a referral into the company helps to get an interview since there are usually a lot of candidates for a job.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Eden Prairie, MN (took 2+ weeks)
I had a phone interview with HR, which went well. I then had a one-on-one interview with the hiring manager, which I thought also went well. I was moved to the next round in the back-end system later the day of the hiring manager interview. Then 3 days later I got an email saying I was out of the running. Bizarre.
