Interviewed Jan 2012 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
I have applied for it through a job portal. The position is actually for 3-7years experience.I was little surprised when i got a call from the HR(3 PM) since my experience is 2+ years.First round interview was scheduled by 6PM. Around 4 -5 people were there.I was asked some basic questions in ORACLE related to DBA role like Flashback, rman, dataguard. Then second round of interview was scheduled by 8 PM. One person took the interview,It started well but i couldnt answer few questions about 11g features ,active dataguard and partitioning. After that arounf 11PM i got a call from that team lead and it was more a casual talk and finally he said their recruitment team will contact me soon. After going through some reviews posted here im not expecting an offer. But would be happy to get one though.

Interviewed Jan 2012 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
at first there was an online exam and the results were out after almost a month. the interview section consisted of a technical interview first, and those who cleared it were good to go through for the h.r interview. for me the tech was the best one i have ever had i was really having a good time and it lasted almost 40 minutes. i must say it was part tech n part hr. the last hr interview was however not so good, it was very short and the interviewer didn't seem to pay much attention to what i was saying. either way at the end of the day everything worked out and here i am :)
