Quite a normal interview (both times) but tough questions - make sure that you are very very prepared !

First there is a phone interview by HR than other executives in the company followed by numerous tests. It is really an amazing company and offers a multitude of growth. Although it does feel rather long it is continued with really good feedbacks and consistent follow up calls from the relevant stakeholders.

Had a bunch of phone interviews with different managers and directors in the Business Development unit of Oracle in Singapore. Was asked technical questions about Oracle's products and emphasis was placed on the need for telemarketing experience. All interviews took place on the phone and numerous questions were asked to evoke a certain response.

Was unable to negotiate. Offered an internship period for three months before being hired full-time. Was provided with 3 months rent and relocation money.
