Interviewed May 2008 in San Jose, CA (took 1+ week)
Had a previous offer and contacts, so i was not interviewed in detail. Had technical questions on my area of work, a few phone interviews from technical managers, and then a hr interview. i dont think mine was a typical interview since i had also worked with the hiring team before, so they were already ready to hire me.

Interviewed and No Offer

Interviewed Nov 2009 (took 4+ weeks)
My initial interview was an on campus interview. I was interviewing for a Consulting position in DC. The campus round was ridiculously easy with two "technical" questions, if you want to call it that.
I was called back for a second round in DC. There I interviewed with 2 people, and it was basically like a conversation about stuff on your resume (that was my experience). One of my interviewers was overbooked so I basically spoke with him for like 10 minutes. It wasn't bad. They called me a month later to tell me I did not get the positions. Its okay, I had another offer by then.

Interviewed Aug 2009 (took 4+ weeks)
General
------------
Very traditional style of interview. They will focus on what has been written by you in the resume and nothing will be beyond that. So be prepared on what you have put in your resume.
Technical
--------------
Technical interview was bit good hypothetical, by asking us to provide an example of a particular scenario.
Other wise if you can surf around for some time you have great chance of clearing the interview.

Negotiation Details
As for as this company is concern the negotiation is more based on the HR who is going to do the talks with you with regards to your salary part. So be clear in your stands on what you want and how your are going to get it. Be cleat in your negotiation pitch.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Personality Test.

Interviewed Mar 2008 (took a day)
I was already a contractor at Oracle when I was offered a full-time position, so no interview really took place. After agreeing on a number the hiring manager told me where to find the req on iRecruitement. Actually bringing me on board took a very long time, like 2-3 months. This reportedly is because Larry has to approve every offer (actually, I think the Office of the CEO, does -- I doubt Larry would have much time to yacht if he personally approved every offer!).
Interview Questions
Negotiation Details
Negotiate hard for your salary as there will very small (or no) yearly increases. Bonuses based not so much on individual performance but on group performance (which you have little control of).
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral.
