I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Oracle (Austin, TX) in Dec 2011
Interview
I thought I did not get an interview because it took a while for them to respond. Turns out they were interested, it was just the end of a quarter. Once I got the first interview, it was about 3 weeks until the second, but after that things really took off. The next interview was with the RM who was really kind and easy to talk. The third was with the District Manager and the next morning I received the job offer.
