Interview Details – Three step interview process: HR screening via phone, Panel interview in person, and a call back for individual interviews with hiring managers. Be prepared to close them and possibly play out various work scenarios.
Interview Question – They will ask you about your weak points or examples of when you have failed. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There are fairly rigid salary guidelines. Prepare to show previous W2s.
Other Details - I applied through an employee referral and the process took 4+ weeks.
