Interview
Contacted initially by a recruiter for a phone interview (phone screen). About 30-40 minutes on the phone. Got an e-mail within a week about an in person interview which was comprised of two 30 minute interviews and a 20 minute presentation.

Multiple interviews: 3 individual interviews and one presentation to a group. Scheduling always wants you to go the next day. I was driving the bus to get scheduled. I wish they would have just said they weren't interested.
