Had a bunch of phone interviews with different managers and directors in the Business Development unit of Oracle in Singapore. Was asked technical questions about Oracle's products and emphasis was placed on the need for telemarketing experience. All interviews took place on the phone and numerous questions were asked to evoke a certain response.

They asked plenty of questions pertaining Oracle and your experience. They want you to be able to speak clearly and with authority. You can not be soft spoken. You must do your research about Oracle and sell why your a great fit.

Interview
Had multiple meetings, the last one including manager NL, all positive! After 3 weeks it was still quiet! After I made a phone call the message was: there is a hire freeze. I would advise clear communication from the beginning.
