The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Oracle (Redwood City, CA) in Sep 2009
Interview
Round robin process. You speak to 3 to 4 people. After you are though they know if they want you or not. They ask various questions to see how smart you are. They hire bright people. They may ask you to make a pretend call and sell an item to someone.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Pretend to make a call into an enginner and sell him data base software.
Easy, three part, met with hiring manager and two similar level managers. They were doing a hiring blitz so it ended up being 3 sales managers interviewing the whole group and selecting their teams.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Oracle (Sydney)
Interview
Several interviews with a presentation. Fairly straight forward.
Once you’ve met with key stakeholders you have to pass the background checks etc. this can take some time.
Sharing this as the hiring manager rather than applicant.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Oracle (Bogota, Cundinamarca) in Mar 2024
Interview
Interview process was very lengthy and not a lot of communication happened for many weeks. After three months of random back-and-forth, I was finally able to get an interview. Sadly, it wasn't a great fit for them, but it was a very long process.
