I contacted one of their recruiters for the BDC position because joining Oracle seemed extremely interesting in terms of perspectives. Although, the company is offering really good trainings and many perks, it remains very traditional and quite far off from Google or Apple. They took incredibly good care of us and I must say going there was a really interesting experience.

Reason for Declining
However, I have not been offered the BDC position but a marketing intelligence position because I was lacking the min requirement of sales experience. I turned down the offer because salary wise and career wise I am assuming I can start higher.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Skills Test.
