Interviewed Nov 2011 in Reston, VA (took 2 days)
I applied through my school's career fair after talking to the hiring manager. After a few weeks, I had two phone interviews which I passed. Both phone interviews were mainly personality questions. After that, I was flown into Reston, VA for the second round interview/dinner.
The second interview itself was split into 2 parts: Two one-on-one interviews with two hiring managers (each ~45 minutes) and a skills test. Both were heavy on the personality questions and a few technical questions. The skills test was scenario-based, but was easy.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Reston, VA (took 2 weeks)
A group of about 7 of us were brought in to interview with 3 different market sector directors within oracle direct. Not a true group interview, rather we interviewed individually with one at a time, if that makes sense. Coming from the military, I did not experience their traditional interview method, each interviewer said as much at the start of each one. the standard type is rumored to involve a lot of sales skills and scenario type questions. The process took a total of 3.5 hours pretty evenly split between the 3 interviewers. Considering that I have no real software or direct sales experience, they did a pretty good job of focusing on the intangibles; those fundamental qualities which a successful salesman requires. They are starting a program to try to take advantage of the military veterans and those qualities they bring to the table. Understand they are in the beginning phases and still developing the methodology to train and transition a veteran from the military mindset to software sales. Great intent with genuine enthusiasm behind the initiative. I'm sounding like a spokesman for the company but I'm really not. At this moment I'm waiting for a call to discuss a possible offer so I have no real vested interest in making them sound great, I have no offer yet.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Reston, VA (took 2 days)
This interview was for a Federal Sales Role.
It started with the usual phone interview. It went okay, but it wasn't the best experience I've had.
I then was scheduled along with 7 others to show up as a group. We were given a great, positive overview of the Oracle by a current person in the role we were interviewing for. That was very cool. Also a couple of the executuves were there as well and gave a couple of short, but good speeches.
We then were all split up and went to interview with 3 different hiring managers. The interviewers themselves were cordial, but very sterile, with the exception of one.
I hate to say this, but when our group was assembled in a conference room prior to the individual interviews, one of the female interviewers came in and said "Wow, we aren't going to win any EEOC awards today are we?" I was totally shocked. Yes, as it happened we were all white males. Of course, no one remarked about this comment, but I am sure none felt very good about it. Out of the 3 interviewers there was a white female, a black female, and a black male. I only say this in lieu of the comment the Oracle representative made to us all.
Again, the interviewers were very polite and respectful, but to my knowledge none of the group that day was hired.

Received and Declined Offer

Interviewed Jan 2007 in Reston, VA (took 3 weeks)
The hiring process was ok everyone was very pleasant, but the red tape that company has is ridiculous. I interviewed from my first contact with the recruiter. Then two weeks later the three phone interviews I had. Then I was flown in town month after that and was there for only two hours then flew right back.. They made me an offer, before they even had approval to hire anyone. That process for approval took over a month.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
By the time I got the official offer it was much less than the hiring manager told me, as they were in a hiring freeze. With the role being in an area triple the cost of living than where I would be relocating from and was much less than what I making, I declined. I had done due diligence and with what they were offering me for inside sales it was below market value and I would not be able to even qualify for an apartment on my own. I worked with Realtors and they suggested I get a roommate. That was "The" deal breaker for me. Oracle is a fantastic company with great products, but the compensentation is below market.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.
