I applied through a recruiter and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Oracle in February 2009.
Interview Details – Their interview process is really easy. Basically they only do campus recruiting so if you are good in school and have a proven track of records, you would be accepted. I received an email from their recruiter and was flying for an onsite 3 weeks later. No phone screen ever. I chose 5 groups to interview with during those 3 weeks and met with each group during my onsite interview. No harsh questions asked. Very casual interview for both parties to understand each other
Interview Question – have you ever seen a big curly O sign? (without any context. ) Answer Question
