Interview Details – Generally there are 3 interviews with both the hiring manager, regional sales manager and VP of Sales overseeing the sales team for the region & product line.

Interview Question – They will focus on past experiences, your sales strategy and will test your knowledge of Oracle's technology, direction, etc. Standard interviewing process   Answer Question

Interview Details – Initial Phone Interview with Internal Recruiter, Second interview with Regional Sales Manager from the Product License Team, third Interview with two Area and National VPs, and final interview with Group Sr. VP in Reston, VA

-Contacts within customer accounts
-Pipeline Management and Opportunity Management
- Work Independently as remote worker
- Self Motivated
