The interview consisted of an interview with the customer. I would understadn that if the positon was to work on customer site or psotion was integrated with the customer team. This seemed to want cusotmer buy-in. I found this odd and demonstrasted who management was soft on allowing this. Demonstrates a lack of management backbone - a soft management, that will bend to the customer's every demand. Very, very bad.

I have submitted my CV through one of my friends, and then I was contacted to make a one to one meeting in the work premises. I had 5 one to one interviews
1- with my supervisor and her manager.
2- one with a higher manager.
3- With a higher manager.
4- With a highest manager.
5- With the HR.
Then I was accepted as per my skills and the extra language that I speak.

I first posted my resume on an internet job site which is monter's web site,then I got contacted by a recruitement agent who was chrged by the company to find a suitable profile.
In this first phonr interview, he asked me whether I knew or not the technical set up mentioned on the job description he got. I could recognize some and some others no. I then got contacted by the tecchnical manager who asked me some technical questions related to the job and my former experiences, I was asked to find solutions to some scenarios.
After I passed this step, the technical manager posted my resume to their client who gave his visa to receive me for an interview. I remind taht they were looking for someone with more experience.
During the last intervie, I made face to a technical project manager and his team manger also.
I also had to answer many technical questions in french and english after I gave a dexciption of my trial.
