I got a phone interview, followed by an on-site interview. The questions for the phone interview was rather simple and it consists of a behavioral interview section and also a technical skills section. The same goes for the on-site interview process. The questions are rather easy compared to the ones I have encountered, and it seems that the on-site is more for the employees to determine which candidate they like more rather than an actual technical skills / cultural fit interview.
