Interviewed Jan 2010 in Orlando, FL (took 4+ weeks)
Took a while for company to do screening process and for HR to pass along to hiring manager and hiring manager to call to set up an interview. Interview was typical. Nothing out of the ordinary, pretty boring actually.

Interviewed Aug 2009 in Orlando, FL (took 3 weeks)
Recruiter called to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was relatively basic. Recruiter called back to schedule in person interview with hiring manager. The Hospital seemed to be going through some re-structuring, so the communication wasn't great.

I posted my resume on Monster.com and was called back for an interview in 3 days. The first interview was a phone interview with one of the managers. The next interview was a meeeting with one of the managers and then one of the doctors. After I took an IQ test they went and signed the waiver forthe background check they offered me the position.

Interviewed May 2009 in Orlando, FL (took 1 week)
This was just the initial HR screening. I have been told that the HR recruiter will now discuss candidates with the hiring manager and determine who they will call in for a face-to-face interviews. After that they will do a peer interview and then a leadership interview. The recruiter said they will follow up with the candidates regardless of whether or not they will be chosen. I applied for the job on their website and surprisingly they called to schedule the phone interview the next day. When the recruiter did not call at the scheduled time, I called (15 minutes later) the HR office to find out if I had the time wrong. I found out that the recruiter was running behind and was told that she would call me as soon as her schedule allowed. This was a bit irritating since I had to leave work to take the call and had limited availability. I would have expected a call from someone in the office to let me know she was running behind. Thankfully, she was able to call me not long after that, although it was about 35 minutes after the scheduled time. The interview was very relaxed. She just asked about my experience and she was very polite.
